Lauderdale, Florida conducted a survey of 631 veterinary practices during the first week of December 2003. The margin of error is +/- 3.5% and the data reported above is statistically significant. Only veterinary practices in business for at least one year and with at least 1000 clients/patients were eligible to participate in the research.
